Deliveries are provided on our fleet of vehicles. On request, items can be placed in specified areas to ease the burden on staff having to receive goods.
For your peace of mind, our drivers are DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked and have received both COVID-19 vaccination injections.
Our fleet of vehicles deliver to all areas, at least once a week and is provided free-of-charge, to account holders.
This weekly delivery is supported by our office staff which will call or email you 48 hours before dispatch. This helps you organise your stores, manage budgets and trial new products, ensuring that you always have the right product for the job at hand.
Newline takes lowering carbon emissions seriously which we achieve by fewer deliveries. Fewer deliveries also assist in better use of your staffs time by them not being distracted daily signing for and taking products in.
The minimum order value is £75. Should you require an emergency delivery within 48 hours which falls outside of your normal delivery day, the minimum order is £100 and will incur a delivery charge. Third-party courier services are used for any ad-hoc deliveries.
