In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any items you have purchased from us, we will gladly exchange them or offer a full refund.
If the ordered item is faulty or damaged, please call our customer service team on 01763 262050 during office hours and we will arrange for a collection. A replacement product will be issued once we have received the faulty goods back.
If you decide that the product was not suitable or it was ordered in error, please return it to our office in a re-sellable condition and we will offer a full refund for the value of the goods on receipt. Please call our customer service team so we know to expect your goods back. Please note the cost of return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty.
Please be aware that some items (bedding, mattresses and food and beverage items) are, for hygiene reasons, non-returnable.
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so any time prior to your order being processed.
